For 1 bowl:
Ingredients:
1 ripe banana
1 package acaí (frozen)
150 gr frozen forest fruits
100 ml amandelmelk
1 teaspoon almond butter
2 medjool dates
Cacao nibs to taste
Poppy seeds
Roasted coconut shavings
Fresh strawberries, loquats (or other fruits for the topping)
Preparation:
Place the banana, almond milk, almond butter, forest fruits, acaí and dates in a blender/food processor and blend for a few minutes until you have a smooth and creamy mass.
Pour this into your bowl and decorate with the granola, cacao nibs, coconut shavings, poppy seeds and strawberries/loquats.
