Recipe: apple pastry

Preparation time 15 MIN | Cooking time 600 MIN

Ingredients
1 tsp coconut oil 
1.5 cup almonds 
0,5 cup cashew nuts
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 piece of ginger (grated) 
0,25 cup agave syrup

 apple puree (homemade)  
rauwe appel (geraspt) / raw apple (grated)
Preparation method
Put the coconut oil, almonds, cashew nuts, cinnamon, ginger and agave syrup in the food processor and mix. 
Be careful not to grind the mixture too finely. The nuts will not become a fine powder because of the oil in it. 
Put half a cup of the dough in a mould and press down well and against the sides. Remove the pastries from the moulds and put them on a sheet of baking paper. Dehydrate for 10 hours in the oven at a temperature of 60°C. 
For the filling, use a homemade apple sauce with some raw grated apple.
