In Casa Conmigo we alternate fasting weeks with wellness & yoga weeks.
During the fasting weeks you can choose between juice and mild fasting. We complement the spa week with walks, yoga, relaxercise, body shape and aqua jogging.
During the wellness & yoga week the focus is on healthy, vegetarian food and total relaxation. Think of massages, yoga, relaxercise, walks and trips.

In the warm summer months we adjust the program so that the activities take place at the less hot times of the day.
We prefer to work with small groups (maximum 17 guests), so you can count on a lot of personal attention and tailor-made advice. During a personal intake interview we go over your general health, weight, blood pressure and fat percentage. After your detox retreat, another meeting follows and we evaluate your personal results.
To support and encourage our guests to continue to adopt an improved lifestyle, you will receive a booklet with tips and recipes to take home upon departure. A healthier life starts at Vitalisé and continues at home!
