At Vila Mimosa, we understand that sometimes unexpected events can occur. Below you'll find our cancellation policy and how you can protect yourself with our optional cancellation coverage.

Cancelling your booking

Would you like to cancel your booking? That’s possible, but cancellation fees apply:

• For cancellations from 28 to 14 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount will be charged.
• For cancellations from 14 days before arrival or later: the full amount is due.

Important: Cancellations are only processed on working days during office hours. Please make sure to notify us in time.

Choose peace of mind: our cancellation option

For extra peace of mind, you can add our cancellation option to your booking. This covers you fully in case you need to cancel due to medical or urgent personal reasons, such as:

• Serious illness or accident (yourself, your partner or a close family member)
• Unexpected dismissal by your employer
• Resits or mandatory attendance for adoption or organ transplant
• Major damage to your home (e.g. fire or flooding)

What’s covered?
✔️ 100% refund of the booking amount in case of valid cancellation before the start of the retreat
✔️ Compensation for the unused portion of your stay in case of early return
